I have spent more than twenty years where product, technology, and business results meet: leading products and ventures from first idea through validation, build, and launch, and helping established businesses turn what they know into offerings that scale.
Across that time I have taken more than ten ventures from idea through launch or market validation, helped scale technology businesses through 20x growth, and mentored or led more than a hundred leaders and their teams.

The gap
Why Product Upgraded Exists
The pattern behind most stalled growth initiatives is the same. The opportunity is real. The company has customers, expertise, and capable people. But the initiative sits between functions: strategy, product, technology, sales, and operations each own a piece, and nobody owns the commercial outcome end to end.
Product Upgraded exists to fill that gap: one experienced senior owner for a defined growth mandate, from customer evidence and commercial model through product definition, launch, and early execution.
Working together
How I Work
I work at leadership level as a small, independent unit with ownership of the mandate: a direct relationship with the CEO, Managing Director, or Managing Partner, hands-on work with the teams who deliver, and honest recommendations, including "stop" when the evidence does not support continuing. Internal teams and specialist partners execute the build; I keep the initiative connected to the commercial outcome. The principles behind that are on the How We Work page.
